Most of what we publish falls into one of three buckets: practical checklists, plain-language explainers about how a product category works, and reviews of specific devices.
We do not charge readers and we do not run a subscription. Revenue comes from two sources:

Our articles describe manufacturer specifications, publicly available safety guidance and the experiences readers send us. We are not a testing laboratory, we do not run controlled product trials, and nothing here is professional security, medical or legal advice.
Customer accounts published on this site are presented as individual experiences. They are not a promise of results, names are changed at the reader's request, and people shown in photographs are models unless a caption says otherwise.
